BODY CONFIDENCE
Core Values, Core Power
This workshop is designed for women
in health care and movement arts professions

"Battle belly bulge! Attack your abs!" Our culture assaults women's bellies, casting them as shameful. We often respond by withdrawing our awareness. Yet other cultures around the world have known the body's center as our connection to Source Energy.

In this workshop you'll begin to experience your body's center as the site of your soul-power — and help your clients do the same.

In a warm and friendly setting, we'll

  • understand the significance of honoring and energizing the body's center for developing body confidence and self-validation
  • learn five core power-centering practices
  • become familiar with five principles that can point the way to core values
  • experience four methods for releasing body shame, deepening awareness into the bodyÕs center, and reconciling the mind-belly relationship
  • learn and practice the seven belly-energizing exercises comprising The Gutsy Women's Workout
